A checklist to help you receive your verification code, and reset your password.

I haven’t received a verification code

If you haven’t received your verification code, try following these steps:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for our email

  2. We send verification emails via the following address, please whitelist: [email protected]

  3. Some email providers might block these emails. So, if the above steps haven’t worked, please register with an address from a different email provider.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Tap ‘Forgot password’ on the Welcome screen

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. Follow the instructions provided in the app
