How do I close my trading account?

A step-by-step guide for closing your OPTO trading account.

We regret to see you leave! Your feedback is valuable to us, so please don't hesitate to share your comments with us at [email protected]. If there's anything we can do to address your concerns and encourage you to continue investing with OPTO, please let us know.

Prior to submitting a request for the permanent closure of your account, please complete the following steps:

  1. Sell all assets in your portfolio: Sell all assets or contact us to request a transfer to another broker.

  2. Ensure you have no pending deposits: Deposits may take up to 5 business days to complete.

  3. Withdraw all funds from your account: Withdrawals may take up to 5 business days to complete.

Once you have completed these steps, please contact Support.
