Be 18 years or older
Have a valid Social Security Number (not a Taxpayer Identification Number)
Have a legal U.S. residential address within the 50 states or Puerto Rico:
Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have a valid U.S. visa
Acceptable visa types are *** E-1, E-2, E-3, F-1, H1-B, TN-1, J-1, L-1, B-1, B-2, O-1
Technology requirements
OPTO is currently available on iOS and Android:
iOS
OPTO is available for iPhone on the App Store. We support all iOS devices running iOS 15 and newer.
Android
OPTO is available for Android on the Google Play Store.
We support all Android devices running Android version 7 (Nougat) and later.
Disclosures
We will occasionally release software updates for the OPTO app. It’s important that you understand that you’re responsible for upgrading your software and maintaining the latest version of our app on your device. Failing to do so may result in you encountering content that contains out-of-date, missing, or incorrect information including, among other things, important disclosures and agreement updates.
OPTO will not be responsible for any losses caused by your use of outdated software.
